Enjoy FREE shipping when you spend $50. We understand no one wants to pay for shipping, but we keep it reasonable at a flat rate of $5 for orders to the USA or $15 for orders to Canada when the order total is below $50. Packages ship 1-5 days after purchase, and usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. Express delivery is available for an additional fee.

We are a small operation and aim to ship orders the next business day after they are received. You should receive a tracking number when your order is placed.

PLEASE double-check your shipping address before placing your order so your piece is not lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. If an order comes back to us, we’ll have to charge to reship if an incorrect address was used.

It is just the two of us running this shop, so we appreciate your understanding in these terms.

DAMAGE SHOP POLICY

I do not accept any returns or refunds for items delivered as described. If there is an issue with your order regarding damage during shipping, you need to contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos to request a replacement or refund.

MISDELIVERY SHOP POLICY

Due to occasional issues with USPS and ill-intended people trying to scam us: If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, YOU need to contact your local Post Office. They can GPS-locate where your package was delivered and ask the driver where they put it; this needs to be done within 3 days of marked delivery. I am NOT responsible or obligated to replace packages that are marked as 'delivered' without actual proof of misdelivery from USPS, or after 3 days time. Once I ship your package, you are responsible for receiving it and contacting your local Post Office promptly if you have any issues.

NO DELIVERY / TRACKING STOPPED POLICY

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date and tracking has stopped moving, please contact your local Post Office or me within 3 days of no delivery. Please do not wait more than a week past the estimated delivery date before alerting the Post Office or me about the package issue. This needs to be done ASAP for the best chance of finding your package. Oftentimes, packages can be recovered if they have not been missing for long. If it is deemed that your package is completely lost, please reach out to us so we can send you a replacement similar to the original.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Please feel free to send us a request if you have a custom order in mind. We can use special stones for birthday months or zodiac signs if you want to add a special touch to your order. Keep in mind that our pieces take time to create and cure, so give at least 2-4 weeks' notice for custom pieces.
